We source, match and arrange the supply of workers for companies, contractors and families through our network of approved staffing providers. All employment contracts, iqama sponsorship, Ajir system registrations, GOSI contributions and labor law obligations are held by the licensed provider supplying the workers.

- Facilitate supply under documented contracts
- Provide guidance on Saudi labor market, Ajir system and recruitment processes
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not directly employ workers in our own name
- We do not hold iqama sponsorship for supplied workers
- We do not provide legal, immigration or HR compliance advice
- We do not guarantee worker performance or provider service levels beyond our contractual arrangements
4. Compliance with Saudi Law
WeRecruit operates in good faith within the framework of Saudi Arabia's labor regulations including Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree M/51), the Ajir System, Nitaqat (Saudization) requirements and the Wage Protection System. Businesses are advised to independently verify provider credentials before entering commercial agreements.
